SystemTap 3.0 released

Version 3.0 of the SystemTap kernel tracing system has been released. Significant changes include an interactive script-building mechanism, a "monitor" mode allowing ongoing display of accumulated statistics, much faster associative arrays, function overloading, a lot of tapset improvements, and more.
