The SEC is going after Martha Stewart for comments tha she made - in her defense - that Aren't the FUD and other public statements being made by SCO affecting the proce of SCOX? Shouldn't the SEC go after SCO's management for the same reasons? lvteacher

I guess these things take a while to play out.
