Very intresting details. It seems there should be a court desicion about NOVEL-SCO
documents. NOVEL and SCO have different interpretation of the same documents.
It can not continue like this forever. And then IBM-SCO case will be suspended till
NOVEL-SCO case is resolved (may be). Looooooooong process.
