As soon as something better than broadband becomes commercially available, "broadband" as a marketing term will fade, just like "multimedia computer" and "high density floppy disk".Regardless of whether it's a losing battle or not, I expect LWN to respect its readers. If I want to read reviews peppered with marketing speak I can read PC Magazine instead.
