SACIX is
a Debian-based distribution for São Paulo's public computer labs, the

SACIX Posted May 6, 2004 21:28 UTC (Thu) by leandro (guest, #1460) [Link] Just for those not in the know, São Paulo is the biggest city of Brazil, accounting for 10 M people, 16 if including the connurbated area. They have 100+ Telecentros, each with 12 to (usually) 20 X terminals booting from a low-end PC-turned-server.
