Limit articles for a week.

I believe in subscriptions as the way to go... the next is to go with a PBS
style telethon where for a week or so you remind people how much this
service is valued and would they please contribute. The vast majority wont (probably thinking the next guy will which he wont), but there are enough nice people to keep things going maybe in a diminutive way.

PBS model may be the way to go - don't display Weekly News until
contributions have been met. That may be sucessful if LWN continues
its excellent coverage.
