It's as expected. The whole SCO thing is a tempest in a teapot. If the U.S. did not have such a litigation-friendly legal system, SCO's suit would long since have been dismissed for the vapor that it is.
Instead we are seeing the ultimate in cynical opportunism: SCO's lawyer becomes a major stockholder and thus has a huge vested interest in winning this case, right or wrong.
I wonder... by becoming a major stockholder, has Boies & co. not compromised their credibility? How can they stand up in a court of law and piously argue their client's case while their accountant is out in the hallway, tracking the ticker price?
