Stable kernel prepatch 2.4.23-rc3 released
It seems that "a few critical problems" showed up in 2.4.23-rc2, so now a third 2.4.23 release candidate is available.
Let the testing begin, and, with luck, this one will turn into the real
2.4.23 release.
