                     Mandrake Linux Update Advisory
 _______________________________________________________________________

 Package name: nss_ldap
 Advisory ID: MDKA-2003:029
 Date: November 18th, 2003

 Affected versions: 9.2
 ______________________________________________________________________

 Problem Description:

The nss_ldap package was improperly built against db1 rather than db4
which would cause problems using LDAP for authentication in certain
situations where the Berkeley DB library is used to cache DN login
 name mappings.

The provided packages are correctly built against db4.
