What I have found, is that most people [court tech staff] aren't even aware of the lawsuit, or Linux for that matter. Their so busy running around fixing peoples pc, that this stuff really hasn't hit their radar yet. The vendors aren't really pushing Linux either. It's their job to push the applications, not the OS. Esp if the OS is windows, where no sales pitch is needed, since it's the default.
