Their strategic plan calls for a suit against the entire Federal Judiciary in 2009. It will be heard in the House of Representatives, the only place where a fair and balanced verdict can be rendered in this case.

If you want a fair and balanced trial, it probably ought to be done on a Fox TV "reality" show rather than in Congress!

Just another breath of that good "crack stuff" from their masters, and SCO is ready to sue anything and anyone that remotly resembles being using computer code!...

So they'll sue the judjes, the congress, the NSA, any type of goverment agengy in every country that has publicly embraced Linux, IBM, NOVEL, Linux developers and users, BSD developers and users, Microsoft...

Ooops... Microsoft no! Why? A good dog dont bite the hand of his master, does he ?

Talking about BSD, hang on tight so you dont fall from the chair:

(hmmm... wouldn't it be wonderfull, if someone convinces Crack nut Mcbride to actualy sue the DOD and its great "Ultimatum peace keeper" the Donald Rumsfeld,... acutualy they are open and ostensivly using Linux!... that would be a chock and woe campaign that i wouldn't mind to watch)

Headlines read: &quot; The CEO of Santa Cruz Operations (also <br>known as SCO), Darl McBride, has been reported missing&quot;. <br> <br>Last reports of the SCO executives where abouts were that he was last seen <br>by his wife when he left for work this morning. Further reports by <br>employees of The SCO Group state that they became aware of a problems when <br>McBride failed to show for a scheduled press conference. Authorities <br>state they have little evidence to base their investigation on since <br>material evidence is all but non-existant. <br> <br>In an unrelated story IT administrators for the Federal Judiciary are <br>unable to explain a missing blocks of archived emails for the entire week. <br>(meanwhile an NSA operative snickers). <br> <br>In other news both Microsoft and SCO stock prices plummeted do to a <br>massive sell off and profit taking by share holders. <br> <br>Ok, ok,...I know! One can dream can't they? <br> <br>

I was going to helpfully repost your interesting comments as rendered HTML, but then I was seized by the sudden fear that your post might be covered by the GFDL.
