It will be heard in the House of Representatives, the only place where a fair and balanced verdict can be rendered in this case.

Ooops... Microsoft no! Why? A good dog dont bite the hand of his master, does he ? Talking about BSD, hang on tight so you dont fall from the chair: (hmmm... wouldn't it be wonderfull, if someone convinces Crack nut Mcbride to actualy sue the DOD and its great "Ultimatum peace keeper" the Donald Rumsfeld,... acutualy they are open and ostensivly using Linux!... that would be a chock and woe campaign that i wouldn't mind to watch)
