First Linux Bangalore/2003 shortlist

This is the first shortlist of 92 talks for Linux Bangalore/2003, drawn
out of a list of more than 150 submitted talks.

You can expect a few changes here and there, but in general, this should 
give you an idea of what's going to be happening at the event that 
stretches over 3 days and 5 auditoriums, serving an estimated 3000 
developers, admins, CxOs and people interested in Linux and Open Source.
