After all, Novell is now in the Linux game in a big way - it can be argued that SCOugh is interfering with its products. This may be part of a Bleed-SCO-Dry-Attack (idea previously mentioned by somebody else), where SCOugh's funds are rapidly depleted due to the number of lawyers it has to employ and/or number of hours billed by its lawyers.
