While I don't believe in death sentences, I would like to add that the NSA has not only declared war on US citizens, but even more so on the rest of the world. As a non-US-citizen, I find it completely unacceptable that US institutions actively attack computer systems (Tor user attacks e.g.) in other countries and think it is OK because they are not explicitly targeting their own citizens with it.
How about putting the NSA heads in front of the International Court of Justice? Ah yes, the US no longer accepts its jurisdiction... Or just revoke the decision maker's US citizenship and see which other country would grant them a new one.
