Does anyone know if the other drivers (such as xf86-video-ati, xf86-video-nouveau) have landed XMir support? I didn't think that anybody had merged XMir support.

no and they have no intent to merge it either until the X server code is upstream in the X server, since they can't even build it otherwise.
Now if that happens i've no idea.

On a related note, Mesa's EGL also lacks Mir support, despite that Canonical submitted the needed patches to mesa-dev months ago. The patches have received zero replies because, I assume, no Mesa committer knows how to review their correctness nor test them.
