If they have paid for a subscription (which I doubt) refund them. One could say that to qualify for getting the boot, the editors must have recieved a minimum number of complaints (by email) from subscribers. The culprit could maybe be given a warning first ? I subscribe to the Win4Lin users list and jokers like "suckmebitch" are kicked out without pardon! Just my 2 cents,

You can't shame a script.
