I've chucked $35 into the pot (all I can right now). Sorry I didn't act sooner. :o(

LWN is an excellent site for daily news and the weekly edition is the best place to find out about GNU/Linux and other open source and free software. Thank you.

On the subject of subscriptions... I personally would be happy to pay to keep the site running. Say $35 a year? Sound reasonable?

It would be great if you could sort things out but if you can't then good luck to all of you and please let us know what you go on to do so we can continue reading your excellent journalism. This goes double for the regular author of the kernel pages whose name escapes me right now. :o)
