lgtk 0.0.3 released

Mario Mommer has made available lgtk 0.0.3. This is the first public
release of experimental Common Lisp bindings for the GTK
toolkit. lgtk, which currently works only with CMUCL and GTK 2.0 or
later, provides a Lisp API which closely resembles the original GTK
API, and supports garbage collection and full error recovery.
