On the other hand, there is some truth in what Matthew points out. The complaint raised in Spain seem to have targeted specifically Microsoft on SecureBoot on x86 (correct me if I am wrong) while I am not sure any complaint has been raised against Google or Apple on their own locking of their device. If they have not been raisen, the latter should have been give priority, that's my feeling too.
