Perhaps, perhaps not, but fatigue and concentration problems both appear frequently, often in combination, and very rarely does that signify an aneurysm. Heck, I lost Tuesday this week, and a whole week earlier this month, to just that combination of symptoms, but didn't have an aneurysm in either case (thank goodness).
The statistics of rare events are a sod that way. Even a perfectly reliable indicator isn't always useful :(
