Duffy: Improving the Fedora boot experience

As for me, my workstation at work stays on all the time (I use it for remote access as well), my multiseat desktop at home stays also on all the time (I use it as mail/http/... server for my personal domains, as a router for my home network, and as a data server for home theatre). My laptop gets suspended when I don't use it.
