New Release: Kernel Call Graphing

I have just released a new patch on the lse site to provide
deterministic call graphing for 2.6.0-test7.  It is trivial to make it
work on previous 2.6-test versions.  The patch is based on kernprof and
the resulting output is similar.  I haven't thoroughly tested this so
there are bound to be some bugs.  Please give it a try and respond with
comments, suggestions and bugs.  Thanks.
