Actually, the BSA will hapily investigate your purely open source company Not when I'm not under any contractual obligation to actually let them into the building they won't. They're free to come back with the police – if they can convince a judge to grant them a search warrant – and are prepared to be sued afterwards. Incidentally, did your friend actually get that refund?
