Ruby 2.0.0 released

Version 2.0.0 of the Ruby language is now available. "Ruby 2.0.0 is the first stable release of the Ruby 2.0 series, with many new features and improvements in response to the increasingly diverse and expanding demands for Ruby." Changes include keyword arguments, UTF-8 encoding by default, a number of new libraries, some performance improvements, and more.
