We converted from sysV init to systemd with F15 and have never looked back.
Odd issues with statup of daemons are now gone.
Code inspections of start code is easier
Dealing with a hot plug world is graceful and we are in control
Is systemd perfect? No, it can be improved. But it so much better then what went before.
I found drop offs in the early docs and provided patches to improve the after helpful discussions on the systemd mailing list.
It took us a little tim to learn how to use the power of systemd. It was time well spent. I encourage anyone that admisters a linux systm to find the time to learn the systemd basics. You will not regret it.
