Obviosly. Systemd is a tool you asked for in your previous message. You can run multiple separate instance of systemd to manage these processes and you can interact with it to know what goes with services which systemd is manages.
It's the same process which manages your PID1 but that's kind of obvious: why create a separate tool for the exact same task?
