Been using f18 for weeks now, but command-line is my usual file manager so only just noticed the "close" button has been removed from Nautilus. Is this a sign that "close" buttons are going the way of the dodo, at least for the GNOME design team?

Assuming that it is fullscreened you have to go to the App Menu (click on the Nautilus icon in the top bar) to close it.
Yeah, I keep forgetting how to close some of these Gnome apps, so...FUN!
