By the way, RawTherapee has had a command line interface for a while, and you can do pretty much anything you can do with the GUI (provided you set up a "profile" for the action, but profiles are text files so you could create one on a fly in a script as well). I was seriously considering Darktable because a stable RawTherapee release is slow in coming, but this sounds like a showstopper for now.
