Thanks for the report Nathan.

I hadn't heard of Booktype before but it looks very interesting. As someone who authors and organises software manuals as part of my day job, a better way at creating a user manual/book collaboratively would be welcome. Even more intriguing, the idea of being able to (safely) "crowd source" a manual - perhaps even for a proprietary application.
