We get a lot of free code, and, incidentally, a smartphone/tablet market that is not completely dominated by locked-down, proprietary solutions. Seems worthy to me. One can say that while, at the same time, saying that things could be a lot better. I think I tried to say that too. But one should not lose sight of what's good just because it's far from perfect.
