Parsix used to be an Iranian-focused distribution, no? The name was coined from "Pars" and Unix, was it not?
Their website now doesn't show any affiliation with Iran of any kind. I wonder what happened...

From what I understand from http://web.archive.org/web/20050211062614/http://www.pars... and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parsix and http://distrowatch.com/?newsid=02319 it had some Persian-language supported in, but that's was it.
