The KDE Manifesto

I'll assume it was entirely coincidental (whatever that means) that this happened the same day I submitted my manifesto[2] to Vint Cerf after Dave Schroeder, a Navy Information Warfare Officer[1], gave me his email address as well as public high praise for (a draft of) my manifesto. Got an ack from Mr. Cerf later that day suggesting he'll read my draft and investigate further (as he isn't directly involved with Google Fiber)
