Mozilla "Persona" beta release

Dude. The thing is fully documented, quite well. It does not require any Mozilla services, but Mozilla is hosting the initial fallback service until more providers come about and browsers start building Persona in to the UI. The JS restriction is because this is an early alpha, so no business should be relying on this yet, because that would be stupid, hosted on mozilla.org or not.
