Kernel prepatch 3.6-rc7

The 3.6-rc7 kernel prepatch is out; this one includes a codename change to "Terrified Chipmunk." Linus says: "So if everything works out well, and the upcoming week is calmer still, I suspect I can avoid another -rc. Fingers crossed."
