TRUSTIX AS FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY

The Trustix Board of Directors decided to file for bankruptcy on the 
last week of September, 2003.  We therefore regret to inform you that 
all sales and support of the Trustix Linux Solutions product line will 
be suspended until further notice.

After declining sales due to very challenging market conditions in 2003, 
the Trustix Board of Directors initiated talks with several potential 
acquisition partners during second and third quarters of 2003.  However, 
this did not yield a satisfactory result and Trustix AS filed for 
bankruptcy on the 29th of September 2003, according to Norwegian law.
