KS2012: ARM: Stale platform deprecation

I hacked up a patch converting the KS8695 to clockevents and clocksource and sent out to see if anyone would test it, else I would propose a patch deleting it. And then it turns out that m68k maintainer Greg Ungerer is using this. I suspect some of these systems have more users than we may think.
