Kernel prepatch 3.6-rc4

Linus has sent out the announcement for 3.6-rc4. "Shortlog appended, as you can see it's just fairly random. I'm hoping we're entering the boring/stable part of the -rc windows, and that things won't really pick up speed just because people are getting home."
