Yes, and it affects only OpenJDK 7 not OpenJDK 6. How many distros are on version 7 compared to version 6 currently?

Ubuntu 12.04 has both. At least I had 7 was installed as a dependency for something.

Fedora offers both... and RHEL 6 offers both.
