Long-term support for the 3.2 kernel

I intend to maintain Linux 3.2.y for at least as long as Debian 7.0 is
supported. The end-of-life for each Debian release is 1 year after the
following release, so this would probably be around the end of 2015.
If anyone's interested in maintaining it even longer than that, I should
be able to hand over the responsibility when the time comes.
