Samsung (Groklaw) No, the real fun would be if Apple iPhones and Microsoft Phone got banned too, and only "feature" phones with big numeric pads were allowed to survive in the US. ("Going nuclear" means that all parties lose.) That day there would be a big possibility that software patents were really re-evaluated.
