GUADEC: GNOME OS conversations

I think the original goal was reached at 90 percent, but I am afraid having a new target won't let them get to completion on their initial target. And I can't see why a different goal would not end in the same state, ie near completion... IMHO, near completion is not enough, and completion needs a lot of work. Gnome desktop, in addition to being free, which is already a big achievement, may have some area where experience is better than the competition, but the global experience is IMO not so good.
