Ahhh, yes, I remember that (I even posted a comment there). But, that doesn't explain why only 3.2.27 is getting additional HW RNG support and not the other 3.x kernels. The article mentions likely inclusion for 3.6, so is perhaps Mel "jumping the gun" and including this in 3.2.27?

The RNG changes are all in mainline Linux and were cc'd to stable@vger.kernel.org. Greg has been on vacation for a while and is a little behind in picking those up, but you should see them in the other 3.x.y series shortly.
