Stable kernels 3.0.40, 3.4.8, and 3.5.1

Greg Kroah-Hartman has announced the release of the 3.0.40 (diffs), 3.4.8 (diffs), and 3.5.1 (diffs) stable kernels. As usual they contain lots of important fixes throughout the tree.
