Nitpick: Since NoDerivatives and ShareAlike are mutually exclusive requirements, there is no such thing as the "CC-Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives-ShareAlike" license. FamilySearch (the genealogy project referred to) currently license their data under the CC-BY-NC-SA license. The point remains, of course, as the NC requirement still falls short of the FSF freedoms (as well as OSI and DFSG, of course).
