It doesn't seem to be as well known as it should, but there is another option for RedHat - current (http://current.tigris.org). This is a server for up2date. Using this it's easy to run your own RH mirror, add in packages etc and install any package + dependencies via up2date. And all without that annoying registration every few months :)
