GNU MPC 1.0 "Fagus silvatica" released

The GNU MPC 1.0 release is out. "GNU MPC is a C library for the arithmetic of complex numbers with arbitrarily high precision and correct rounding of the result. 'Fagus silvatica' is our first release as a GNU package, and it is marked by a license change to LGPL version 3 or later for the code, and GFDL version 1.3 or later (without invariant sections) for the documentation. Now each line of code is covered by a test."
