Genuine (i.e., not sarcastic) question: can you elaborate on your contention that "every single standard mail operation is complicated or inuntuitive (sic)"? I use Outlook daily at work, and the major complaint I've had with it is the limited number of sorting rules; I was spoiled by Pegasus Mail long ago in that regard. But what I consider standard-issue email tasks aren't that different from any other GUI mail client I've used.
