No surprises there. And hp may well win in the end because they're not so tied to overpriced hardware. Certainly, indemnifying your customers carries approximately zero risk, and a possible opportunity to make bucketloads of brownie points if, as I suspect, TSG either starts suing hp customers out of hand or cuts the Gordian knot and sues hp direct. They need to do something to keep the suc^Winvestors on the edges of their seats.
