so it looks like Shuttleworth has given a press interview on this matter.

I would be very keen on seeing the SFLC make a public statement which goes into more public detail as to the forcible disclosure scenario. It seems the Shuttleworth quote about the private advice given from the SFLC is in conflict with the public statement from the FSF. So I'm a little confused.

I'd like to see a public whitepaper from the SFLC that goes through the reasoning.
