OK, maybe I have been a bit harsh. I apologize for that.
But it all sounds much like the modus operandi of certain patent expert guy that used to post here. Insisting over and over on the same baseless arguments, even after multiple rebuttals.

I know what you mean, if I notice that the same person keeps popping up with the same discredited arguments then I know they aren't legitimately having a discussion in good faith and I put them in the LWN kill file. Life is too short to talk to people who just want to argue.
